I've been using their services over the last years for multiple keys. Most keys worked very well. In my experience the "smoothening" feature really improves the odds of success. It's true that some keys won't work right away, or sometimes the machine damages them during processing, but the customer service is very helpful and refunds non-working keys. Sometimes the keys work at the second (or third) try. All in all, it works for me.
Bought two keys to get one free and none of them work for my house door. Waste of money.
