Absolute waste of my time. Drove all the way over to find out it's 3-5 day shipping. Then it wants to charge me 3-4 times what it cost to go to a locksmith.

It was super fast, decent price and the copy worked great
Doesn’t cut keys cleanly, and the key copy is not the correct size compared to the original, the machine asks if you want to pay 3 dollars more to have an “accurate” cut of the key. I had to file the keys down with a wire brush to get them to maybe work. Who goes to have a key made with the intention of having an inaccurate key cut?
They work with unprofessional, young people randomly. They don't know even how to open a simple lock! It's just wasting your time working with this group. Their machines are everywhere, like 7-elevens, Ralphs, and only good for key copying. Their technicians came to us yesterday, first gave me a good price to start the job, and then in the middle of working, decreased the price, almost doubled!! NOT PROFESSIONAL, NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
