My key doesn’t work and has a bump that causes it not to go in correctly.
Key didn’t work
The KeyMe kiosk system is very user unfriendly. There was no step-by-step tutorial to guide you through the process. In addition, the system was constantly trying to up-sale me. They took a pretty simple process and made it complicated by too many distractions that added no value to the user. Two suggestions that are vital. First, use the display screen to illustrate how to insert your key. It's not clear. Second, have a brief tutorial available for first timers. This is a very poor product.
The keywords perfectly. Better and smoother than origional.
