Got locked out of my apartment because of a faulty lock and called them at 5:30 in the evening, their locksmiths finally got here at 8 in the night. Two of them came and opened my door with a screw, then charged me $515 (after I haggled and got them to give me a “Discount”). I asked them if they're mistaken, and to charge me fairly, to which one of them replied that “this is the standard”. I was so cold and hungry by then, their work was also done, so I had to pay the price. Yet I can’t help but feel I got scammed.

When you realize you locked yourself out of your house, the last thing you want to do is wait for a locksmith to arrive and unlock your door. Alex arrived within 5 minutes of talking to him on the phone and had my door open in 2 minutes, making the entire situation less painful than it already was. Highly recommend his services if you ever find yourself in the same kind of jam. Prompt and friendly!
