Terrible communication! Asked in the beginning how much it would be to take my steering wheel club off and they said they wouldn’t be able to know until they came. The guy who came (Eden) started drilling without even letting us know how much it was going to be. He also did not come fully prepared, so we had to wait for another technician to come help us about 25 mins later.
