I was charged $195 for a residential door to be unlocked. I feel taken advantage of as it was time sensitive and he demanded cash or zelle. I paid it but I will be contacting them in the am to see why it was so much. If it weren’t time sensitive I would have picked literally ANY other place. Do not use them!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! Scammy
It's very convenient and easy to use. I have used their service multiple times and will continue to do so
Did fine duplicating the dead bolt key. I wanted to get a key fob duplicated as well but the touch screen has no option to select a fob so I had to go elsewhere.
So easy to navigate and in seconds, you have your new keys. Yay!
