I called to have my door open, but what the person did, he broke/ripped my door knob off and charged me for 160.00 which I could have break my door knob by myself rather than calling a locksmith who cannot open a regular door knob.He didn't even explained to me what his going to do and he didn't even tried to open it with his tools first before breaking the knob.
