The machine was fine although I had trouble sliding my credit card because it just kept on saying error. Finally, accepted it. I was also at a 7-Eleven and they had this loud Mexican music playing, it was difficult to hear what the machine was telling me to do. The key works fine
Ordered 3 keys and none of them worked. Even when purchasing the upcharged enhanced cut. Only reason I’m leaving 2 stars instead of 1 is because they make requesting a refund simple and quick.
