key was cut poorly and stuck in the lock. this never happened w original key.
Sadly the key was made of such soft metal it twisted off in the lock. Costing me another $15 for a replacement- thank fully I managed to retrieve the broken piece so I did not get a huge fine (it was the door to my entire apartment block !!) Won’t let me post with zero stars, so one it must be. Seriously guys, you had one job! Better materials please.
