One of the two keys I paid to copy doesn’t work for my apartment door. At all.
I made a first copy with the extra cleaning feature and it came out bad. then I made a second copy with the basic feature and it came out fine.
key was cut poorly and stuck in the lock. this never happened w original key.
Sadly the key was made of such soft metal it twisted off in the lock. Costing me another $15 for a replacement- thank fully I managed to retrieve the broken piece so I did not get a huge fine (it was the door to my entire apartment block !!) Won’t let me post with zero stars, so one it must be. Seriously guys, you had one job! Better materials please.
