I don't know how they racked up an average review score of >4 stars, but if the way I was scammed is any indication, bots were involved in cranking up the score. First the good part. The technician came out quickly. Actually that's the only good part. Fast and easy. A bit pricey.
2 of the keys made out of 6 did not work. Did not see any information on how to get a refund or to fix the keys.
