Convenient. Fairly quick. Wish they had more decorative key options
Key didn’t work
I locked myself out of house and called this place. They sent a technician over in 30 min and got me inside the house. Everything was great until they charged me $400 to unlock a simple lock. I thought $400 for 3 min of work was outrageous. I asked around later and average charge is around $150-200. I called their customer service later to complaint but all they did was to cover their action saying "You agreed to the charge". Of course I had to agree because I was in an emergency situation.
