I locked myself out of house and called this place. They sent a technician over in 30 min and got me inside the house. Everything was great until they charged me $400 to unlock a simple lock. I thought $400 for 3 min of work was outrageous. I asked around later and average charge is around $150-200. I called their customer service later to complaint but all they did was to cover their action saying "You agreed to the charge". Of course I had to agree because I was in an emergency situation. KeyMe is a great way to replace keys without the hassle of an appointment with my local locksmith. The process is simple and this is they way I will make my keys from now on.
It was soo quick and easy! And the keys were spot on!!
None of the keys work!! When they first dropped out of the machine I was like umm these are not gonna work! They don’t have the same ridges! But I thought, okay, maybe they’ll work anyways and they don’t need the ridges... what do I know? But I brought them home, tried them out and they DO NOT work at all. I need a refund or need new keys made.
Great experience! Super fast and worked great.
