Key works perfectly. It took me a minute to figure out how to use the machine, when I did it went well. Was a bit surprised the cost was actually $12.+ I assume tax. All good.
8/22/24 UPDATE: I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint against the company on 8/14/24 in an effort to get some sort of restitution for the damages and trouble this company has caused, which prompted emails from KeyMe's support team as well as their "partner" under the name "Millenium Professional Services", who was supposed to be the organization who would be coordinating a resolution with me. Called KeyMe because I was locked out of my apartment late at night... they sent me a fraudulent locksmith who didn't have any lock picking tools, and instead took a flathead screwdriver to the frame of my door to pry it open with airbags, causing tons of property damage in the process. By the time he got into the apartment the part of the door that interlocks with the frame was bent out of place, preventing the door from latching properly.
