Disappointing customer service and unclear pricing. When I asked for a price to change the locks on 2 doors in my house, I was told that they couldn’t provide an accurate quote until someone looks at them. Even when a technician looked at my doors, he said he couldn’t give an estimate until he was done. I was then incredibly overcharged for changing the deadbolt and handles on 2 doors. Total scam. Quote one price and they show up and try to charge higher price. Avoid this company!
