The technician I had was good and fast. I guess I'll give them some credit for actually fixing the problem and getting to me quickly. But I won't be calling again with the random pricing. The original line I called I asked for a rough estimate total and he said 100-150, but the service ended up costing a lot more than that with nothing extra being done. There needs to be better communication between the dispatchers and the service members.
Estimates are a joke. Called the number listed and before I wanted them to send anyone, I asked about price. About $100-150 they said. That deal I was okay with. Guy gets here and fixes the issue, charges me $300. I question it but he didn't speak much english. I guess I'll give them some credit for actually fixing the problem and getting to me quickly. No transparency around the rates. Company claims that the locksmith is in charge of quotes. Locksmith claims that company is in charge of quotes. No accountability for billing. Also paid more than I expected for a service that required no drilling (roughly double).

Owning a Nashville company for 18 years with a fleet of cars, I use a locksmith from time to time. Prior to coming out, this company was noticeably evasive about the cost and made no mention of hidden fees associated with the service. Paid double what I’m accustomed to. I recommend avoiding them!
