Called and asked for a quote to get back into my apartment, they told me I'd get one when their technician came out. Okay fine, I guess that's okay. So then I asked for an ETA and whoever I was talking to said 45 minutes. That's a long time to be waiting outside my apartment so I politely asked if I should call back if I'm able to find a different technician who can come sooner, since I only wanted a quote anyway. The key did not work
Charged $370 for a Chinese version of my Subaru key fob and couldn’t cut the emergency key inside due to poor equipment. Buyer beware.
They are not professional, they cant even provide estimated cost. They claim they need to get the job done first. Besides, customer agets on the phone are really rude and dont listen to the customers. I wonder how these rudies ara making money with this unprofessional attitude. I hate their employees and the service as whole. I would never recommend anyone to use thier service.
