Called and asked for a quote to get back into my apartment, they told me I'd get one when their technician came out. Okay fine, I guess that's okay. So then I asked for an ETA and whoever I was talking to said 45 minutes. That's a long time to be waiting outside my apartment so I politely asked if I should call back if I'm able to find a different technician who can come sooner, since I only wanted a quote anyway. Charged $370 for a Chinese version of my Subaru key fob and couldn’t cut the emergency key inside due to poor equipment. Buyer beware.
