They are not professional, they cant even provide estimated cost. They claim they need to get the job done first. Besides, customer agets on the phone are really rude and dont listen to the customers. I wonder how these rudies ara making money with this unprofessional attitude. I hate their employees and the service as whole. I would never recommend anyone to use thier service. Terrible customer service. One of their locksmith’s came to open a door for me and charged me over $300 just to break the knob open which I paid for. He said they will email the receipt to me, but they never did. I called multiple times asking them to send the receipt as I need to provide it to the landlord so he could reimburse me but their customer service is rude and of no help at all. Every time I called they said they will send it right away but of course to no avail. Please do not trust this company.
