Querida propietaria!!! Te dare un aporte según mi humilde opinion. Aunque se que ahora no la valoras pero quizas mas adelante. Solo te puedo decir que las fallas son varias y espero que puedas corregirlas, por tu propio beneficio y el de tus clientes. Para mi, mas que un mala expericiencia lo vivido en tu salon fue todo un aprendizaje y me confirma la importancia de dar un buen servicio al cliente y puntos importantes que no se deben tomar a la ligera si eres el lider de tu negocio.
