Dr. Newton canceled my appointment the day before with no excuse and offered me an appointment three months out. Totally unprofessional.
Dr. Keely might have a great reputation but her front desk could use some training. The attitude when trying to make a new patient appointment was shocking. Condescending tone of voice and practically scolding me about the way they run the office. I couldnt hang up fast enough. Sorry you had a bad day but lets not ruin everyone else day as well.
