Huge waste of my time. I brought 12gs with me and they couldn't get me in a car! Not even a used one. I also had a trade in valued at 3500! The banks they work with are greedy scumbags! The salesman were okay the first one didn't know anything the second guy was better and polite he really leveled with me and my situation. The manger was just awful SMDH there job is to sell cars he obviously didn't want to do that today. I've been a customer for 5 years. That has ended unfortunately due to some avoidable oversights and lack of follow through on the part of the Service Advisors and Service Director. Their lack of interest in customer satisfaction is a really clear. Go somewhere else.
I would definitely recommend this dealership-Please see Luis Zepeda (Sales & Leasing Consultant), Lea, or Alina for any questions you have. These 3 individuals displayed excellent Customer Service and went out of their way to make me feel like a valued customer. Would consider buying my next vehicle from Woodland Hills Hyundai!

Don't waste your time making an appointment. Walk ins get out quicker. This has been my experience every time. I've made appointments and just shown up in the Mission Hills and Woodland Hills. When I don't make an appointment I'm in and out within 30-45 mins. When I make appointments it takes roughly 2 hours.
