We contacted Keys Refrigeration regarding a water bottle fountain that had been dripping water. Tech #1 was not able to resolve the issue and when he was putting the board back into place, I heard a pop noise, and the unit went dark. The tech said that the board was bad. Tech #2 came and replaced the “bad” board and in the process, the sensor stopped working suddenly now they want to replace that, and the original issue was still unresolved.
