I went in to have my car checked, not serviced. I told two people exactly that. When Isaiah Figueroa the service advisor came to hand me a paper and told me it would take 2-3 hours I told him no no I didn’t want anything service I wasn’t going to pay for that, I just wanted them to check a light. He looked confused and said that would take roughly 4 hours so I said thank you but no I need to come back another day for that, or take it elsewhere.
