Brought my car in and it was held for 10 days with a bill of around $3000. I didnt get the service, took my car back to investigate with my uncle. We fixed the issue in 10 mins with only a screw driver. Be careful. They're either incompetent or try to overcharge.
The turnover in the service department is unbelievable, we have a new service advisor every year. We just want to deal with the same friendly face every time instead we get treated like fresh meat every time and they always want to upsell all the unnecessary services. I’ve leased 2 Hyundai’s over the last few years pre-covid and both experiences had scammy tactics.
