We've been working with Priscilla Carlos at our local KeyBank here in Skippack, and she's been AMAZING. She's always been responsive and extremely helpful, and as an example just this week we were selling a home and needed a document or the Title Company would not let us close. I decided to bank with this bank due to the close proximity to our business. Unfortunately, for the past 2 years i have been lied to consistently by the previous branch manager and now the new branch manager/vp area retail leader. They have every excuse in the world when it come to cashing checks and placing holds and they always blame someone else. If you have to deal with Lesley Junk, Priscilla Carlos or Bobby Lombardo watch out. They will lie to your face!
