Member since 2019. Came in today to get some statements for my lender. Noman, the branch manager, was finishing up with someone and then wound up helping me since everyone was already helping someone. Spent time chatting, like actual human beings, for probably 10-15 minutes. Genuinely interested in talking and interacting. He had a million other things to do and could have had me wait, but chose to help a customer and small talk about my home buying journey (not financed through them). I’m literally standing in this location right now. There is not one teller in the front and everyone else that can clearly see me through their windows in their offices has not said one word to me like “Hello we will be right with you” or anything at least acknowledge the fact that I’m standing here and that you see me. Never coming back to this location
Love this bank and the employees are great!!
not quite sure where all the negative responses are coming from. We been banking with this branch for many years. They always have offered us products to save us money and that matched our banking needs. I freely admit sometimes teller service can be a slow sometimes. I chalk that up to this being a low volume branch. We just happy they still keep this branch open despite lesser daily volume of customers.
