This bank is falling apart. Sloppy. Poorly run. No ATMs work. Dirty. They kind of suck.

The last few months I have an ATM fee of 3 dollars if I use any other ATM. I called last month about this, and I'll be doing it again today. It's absolutely NONE of KEY BANK'S business where I take MY money out. I was furious last month, yet, they did reverse the charge and after I call again today, they best do the same. I usually go to the South Portland location because of convenience. But, when I go here I always receive excellent customer service from Alexis. She is always friendly and easy on the eyes. In my opinion, she should be training other tellers how do their position.
You are not a person here, not a human being. You are a number. I will be leaving this bank and going to one that treats you like you matter. I started with this bank when it was Depositor's Trust almost 50 years ago. It is not the same and I'm done.
