I went here the other night after work, right before they closed and was helped by Michael Sanderson. I was at a branch in Parker the night before and was very frustrated after I left and had wished I didn’t choose to open an account. I started out with Key Bank in May of 2017 with two financial products one being a credit card, and a personal line of credit of $4000. The employees at the branch were okay for the time when I was still living in Denver, CO. then I moved to Minnesota in 2019. My only gripe here is when I tried to increase the credit line that I have with them from $4000 was given the "run around" on how to do it. Incompetant
Great customer service very professional I never had any issues with the amazing group of professionals there. They showed a lot of care and I don’t agree with most of the negative reviews mainly dealing with atm issues and phone calls. the ATM outside machines are handled by technicians not the actual bankers .
