Update: In May of 2025 I had to cancel my account with KeyBank. KeyBank took it upon themselves to cancel my credit card without my knowledge. Never even got a letter of cancellation the only way I found out they cancelled my card in April of 2025 was from a credit alert from BMO bank credit monitoring service. Needless to say I was pisst and called to find out why this action happened. Was told because I had not used the card for a couple of years is why and to prevent credit card fraud. The first handful of times my partner and I have been to this bank everyone was really nice and super helpful. Today the banker we usually see decided he wanted to be a sarcastic a-hole when my partner asked a simple and polite question, all he had to say was a simple yes or no but instead chose to be incredibly rude so therefore we will not be coming back and taking our money elsewhere.
These guys have gone above and beyond for me. I have moved from Englewood to Boulder to Longmont to Westminster, for work for personal reasons (my mother had a major heart attack in February) and I'm studying to take the MBLex (state test to become a massage therapist). Like I said, these guys, Dylan especially, have helped me so much. I am so grateful to Key Bank and the folks at the S. Colorado Blvd. branch. Thank you, the last 3 years have been really tough.
