Joey the manager here treated me like crap, when the bank mistake was their mistake. They took a check without my signature and without the other person on the check being on my account. Then he placed an unnecessary hold on the check to keep us waiting longer because he didn't like my attitude and thought it could be fraudulent. This guy just costed key bank a loyal customer. I'll be closing all my accounts when ever Joeys decides I can have my money and moving on. I have never been so disrespected by someone in a managemen... read more
