Working with the previous manager, my experience was she helps in every aspect of the service that the bank offers and now with the new manager she doesn't even have any interest to get to know you at least my experience this bank becoming a sad place to visit. I am sure it's going to be sad place to work too. I don't see any support system.
If you ever plan on getting a loan or mortgage in your life stay away from this bank. Employees are good, it’s the outdated bank policy that’s in 18th century. Had an account for 4 years and they wouldn’t even reply for a simple loan verification from 3rd party for a loan application.
We just opened our account today so I can’t speak to the overall banking service. This review is for Neicy who is just wonderful at customer service and such a lovely person thank you for your help
Adding a new review for Joan M. and Justin G.at Key Bank on Hampden and I-25. I so appreciate all the help you have given me every time I have come. Joan is a notary, and helped me within minutes. The new staff has undergone a lot of changes, and have stepped up their customer service. Thank you for all of your welcoming kindness.
