Absolutely horrible, I had a meeting with EJ to obtain documents that I needed for my business taxes. I was promised them the next business day and here I am 2 weeks later still without documents. Called multiple times and was dodged every time. I can’t wait to never use Key Bank again.
I had a great experience at KeyBank recently. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel valued as a customer. They took the time to understand my needs and provided tailored solutions for my banking requirements. The process was efficient, and I appreciated their transparency regarding fees and services. Overall, it was a pleasant visit that reinforced my decision to bank with them.
When I moved to Denver, Key Bank couldn't handle the concept that a customer might move from one state to another. After failed attempts to change my address online, over the phone& in person, I decided to close my account. I closed it at this location. In the 21st century, I expect more of a financial institution.
This now our local branch as ours closed in the recent round of store reductions. Although it further away, the service here is good and everyone is professional. Please note that many branches including this one operate on a private bank model. The teller counter is unstaffed and instead you meet directly with a bank officer in an office.
Keiko Kawahara, Branch Manager, and Neicy Melton, Financial Wellness Consultant, provided stellar customer service to myself and my family over the period of a couple of weeks. When our uncle passed away and we were selling his home, Keiko and Neicy went above and beyond working with the Key Bank home office to untangle the confusion over our uncle's loans. I would highly recommend Keiko, Neicy, and the Hampden Ave. Branch!
