Adding a new review for Joan M. and Justin G.at Key Bank on Hampden and I-25. I so appreciate all the help you have given me every time I have come. Joan is a notary, and helped me within minutes. The new staff has undergone a lot of changes, and have stepped up their customer service. Thank you for all of your welcoming kindness.
Beware. Do not bank here. They will treat you like a criminal. They will screw you over put holds on your paychecks for no reason and refuse to release it. They don’t care if you need to pay your rent tomorrow or if you get kicked out as long as they get their interest collected. The worst bank I have ever been with. Once my paycheck is released I will be canceling this account and never using them again. The bottom of the bottom like Green dot and netspend and chime are 1000x better than here.
