Horrible always overdrafted. Get cucked and the only key to this bank is fucking leaving.
My first experience at this branch was terrible. Key Bank recently acquired First Niagara and I went to make a deposit and withdraw some money. The process, which should have taken minutes, took over a half hour. Computers were down, can't withdraw from the ATM, come inside, still can't do a deposit, oh , wait, we might be able to, yes, we know your Check is drawn on our bank but that doesn't mean the money is available immediately, etc. It's not very comforting when your Bank doesn't know what is going on. What a joke I get a check in the mail today from a KeyBank client go to KeyBank to cash the check and they want to charge me $8.50 to cash their clients check because I'm not a client also what a joke I guess their clients product just went up 10 bucks cause I'm not doing nothing for free
Thanks to you guys I am now behind on bills. No sympathy for the little guys. You're policies and hidden fees are murder and any bank branch will be better. You've lost a pretty loyal patron and probably many more behind me. Get it together.
