Keybank unapologetically offers the poorest of financial services in the Niagara Falls area. Poor customer service, slow and illogical steps in most of their procedures that leaves one concerned for convinience and security. I also had a terrible experience with a customer relationship manager where i was given the wrong impression about the opening balance when opening a new checking account and left the branch; only to comeback after confirming with the on-phone customer service that i was indeed going about the opening ba... read more

The key bank app hardly works half the time can't even log in yet again more problems with the app and am now unable go access my money wifi I have bills to pay things that require money to get done and wasting time with your bank is not doing me any good
