The key bank app hardly works half the time can't even log in yet again more problems with the app and am now unable go access my money wifi I have bills to pay things that require money to get done and wasting time with your bank is not doing me any good
Amber and Tracey are great.
No bathrooms for customers, no drive thru. They do have an ATM, you have to use your bank card to get into a little room where the ATM is. I was gonna talk to a person about home equity loan but I had to piss and couldn't wait.
Worst customer service ever. Don’t recommend this branch. The employees at the nf blvd location are way more helpful and have better customer service skills. I almost want to switch banks from this experience tbh
Had my mortgage,Checking,Savings,credit card, and direct deposit with this Bank.was charged $3 For not haveing online banking.Was told by manager in nf branch I had to have $25,000 Between both savings and checking not to be charged the fee.(ya right) Federal Credit Union here I come...
