Don’t tell me you offer a “complimentary consultation “ and then tell me I have to pay $150 for an exam (especially when I have a full exam from the VA that’s less than 6-months old). Yeah, I get it, the consultation is free but the exam is extra. Seems very bait and switch to me. “Free consult” should include the exam. Even if you’re not a candidate, they just got $150 from you. Super disappointed, especially since my VA doc recommended this facility.
