Poor customer service by day shift counter woman. People upstairs running through room at all hours. Not a very restful place.

My friend and I stayed here Aug 28 to 31. The room was very cool, the refrig was very cold - unusual in a hotel - the place was clean, beds comfortable, lots of very hot water, the staff was so very nice. Did not use the pool but it looked clean and tidy. For the low price this place was excellent. I will plan to stay here again when I am in Scottsboro. Thank you, Satff, for a pleasant stay. God bless you all. (I do like your "One Nation Under God" sign !!!)
Stayed here for the longest yard sale it was a great please to stay. It was very clear and quite and the staff was very friendly. This place was better than the place we stayed the night before that was a name band hotel. We would stay here again!!!! .
Nice quite place to stay. There's no traffic noise even though its located on the main road.
My husband works in this area a lot and we always stay at the Key West Inn if they have rooms available. They have a friendly staff and they are pet friendly. We were there on a Tuesday night and they served a complimentary Spaghetti dinner which was wonderful. We can't wait to go back! Hope to see you guys again soon!
