One of the best experiences of all the things we have done in KW, and we have done a lot of activities. The staff alone was exceptional and each person went above and beyond to be personable and friendly. They were extremely detailed and I felt very safe taking out the jeep. They also picked us up and dropped us at our hotel - which was a huge help. The jeep was so fun, clean, and modern which was a bonus. The fact they were so efficient made this a no brainer.
We rented a jeep for a day rental to venture out from Key West and explore the rest of the Keys. Customer service is literally the best that we experienced since we've been here. Sally was top notch, fun and informative from the moment she picked us up at the hotel up to the point she sent us off in our Jeep. They provided us with a map and list of recommended stops up and down the keys. The whole process was simple and straight forward. The people that run this place are really friendly and run a honest business. We rented a golf cart to sightsee and it was fabulous. I would highly recommend this place for cart or vehicle rentals.
