Customer service absolutely cannot be beat!! They went above and beyond for my friend and I while we were in Key West! They picked us up for our Jeep rental, took us to get coffee at Baby’s coffee, before heading out in one of their golf carts, took us to the airport after we returned our golf cart, and lots of valuable information along the way!! This is how businesses should be built!! Customers are #1 with them! They will be our go to every time we are in Key West! Thank you all for the wonderful hospitality!
The people there were very nice - made sure you were informed on all of the details you needed without overwhelming you and were very accommodating- they even pick you up from your hotel - they also have a decent variety of rental options - and were happy to take doors/convertible tops off jeeps. Would highly recommend based on the service alone
Rented a 6 seat golf cart, easy rental process - pretty quick to get on the road. Def a must do while in Key West. Only negative was the one I rented didn't have a radio.
Said they’d charge me a $100 cleaning fee because I covered their jeep in mud after being encouraged to take it off road by their staff. I offered to take it to have it cleaned and I was told to return it as is. I told the staff my intentions before I rented it. Wrongfully accused me of driving through the mud with the doors off. They let it sit overnight causing the mud to dry. They subsequently complained that it took hours to clean. I bought a new golf cart from Tom Crane and he’s a great guy. Very easy to work with and made sure that we got our title documents done before we left town. Great customer service. After driving the cart for a little while, I was interested in having a modification done to improve performance. Nicole in the service department met with me, explained that she would need to contact the manufacturer to get information.
