Saw rental and nowhere on description it showed criteria for renting. Paid $80 for my husband and I amd got declined cause they said I had a BK within 3 years and low score. Text Rod said if I had known I wouldn't have wasted $80 and applied. I feel misled and they rip people off. They should put that in the ad. Other realtys I've dealt with refunded if after seeing application and felt we weren't a fit or don't charge and do prescreening first. Very unprofessional company!

Ron is absolutely rude and unprofessional. I'm in immediate need to rent a place. He asked me to fill a form. When trying to follow up on the application he would not pick up his phone. Mind you not I called on a Sunday around 1 pm. He finally picked up the phone and yelled at me that I called 5 times and I should call regular business time on Monday. I called again at 9 am and he blocked my number! He now has my social security number and everything! This is a nightmare!
