Cara was very flexible with our scheduling needs as well as on time and knowledgeable. She was willing to drive long distances on short notice and offered good advice when asked. She negotiated the details of our purchase and got us a better deal than we were expecting. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house.
Cara was extremely helpful and patient through the entire process. She has great skills dealing with potential buyers who are moving from outside the RTP area. Her quick response with providing and processing of documents securely over the internet was terrific. She went the extra mile by providing us with a live FaceTime video tour of the home we eventually purchased :)

Cara was very knowledgeable about the market in the east Wake and Zebulon area. She was very helpful during the listing process providing the sales of similar property in the area and working with us on establishing a listing price. She provided input on things to do to the house to make it show well. She worked well with sales agents showing the house and worked closely with us during the closing process. She was also very helpful in providing contractors to address repair items.
My experience buying my house with Cara is 100% positive -- she was honest, cheerful and so thrilled for me on getting a new house. I have waited so long. She was helpful and responsive throughout the whole process from meeting with her to my final closure of my house. I highly recommend her to sell your a house, work on finding you the right house etc. Very patient.
We loved working with Cara!! She is helpful, knowledgeable, very friendly and works hard to get the best for her clients. We bought a foreclosure and the sellers agent was not very quick to respond but she went out of her way to get answers we needed to purchase the house. It was amazing. Being first time home buyers she set us up to find the perfect home. She took what we wanted in a wish list and found all the homes. She was also always in contact with us and going above and beyond to get the deal settled. Cara was fast, professional and effective. She picked us up from the airport and showed us 10 houses in one day. Since we were purchasing from out of state, she happily met the inspector and appraiser. It all went very smoothly. Most importantly, she recommended a local loan to use rather than an FHA (with the government shut down would have been disastrous!), and ended up saving us nearly $40,000 over the life of our loan!
