Trailer purchase gone wrong – Our experience with Key R-D Trailer Sales was NOT pleasant. First they ordered the wrong trailer and that took weeks as it was to get in. Then we had a date of 7/24/11 for the correct trailer and it never came in til 8/10/11. Our salesperson admitted he made the mistake and said that he would eat the cost and deliver the correct trailer to us when it came in.
