I brought my Jeep Wrangler in for an exhaust leak and was told I needed an exhaust clamp. The service department installed the clamp but the exhaust leak was exactly the same so I brought it back. I was then told that there was a leak at the exhaust manifold and that the bolts were fairly corroded and they needed to replace all of them and charged me for doing that. I have been buying cars for decades now. Many dealers in many states. This dealer was top notch. Car was clean, as described. I have never met nicer and more hard working sales folks ever. Process was simple and the extra warranty I purchased was spot on I couldn't say no. Makes me want to go from being a GM guy to a Mopar guy. Now the bad. Went for a noise I suspected was a wheel bearing and oil change. Dealer wanted 1100 plus 150 for diagnosis I said that's crazy high, they also told me I needed new front pads and rotors and I was within 3k of my 50k fluid service. I told them no on the bearing and when I said just do the oil change and tire rotation they said they already started the 50 k fluid service so a oil change rotation and fluid change almost a thousand dollars. I purchased my first Wrangler this weekend. From the first day that I began talking to Sean, he made the process extremely easy and didn’t waste time with dealerships add ons. He gave me an amazing discount off msrp, and a reasonable price for trade in. The only hard part of the whole sale was waiting to go drive it off the lot.
