Key property is an amazing company ! Everyone is so professsional and helpful . I’ve been renting a property from them for about 5 years now and they always make sure I get the help I need in a timely manner. I absolutely love Shayna and Brian! Very nice people and am grateful to have found them!!
It is hard for me to believe that there is a more incompetent or unprofessional property management firm out there. 1 star for this company is generous. Shayna ********** and Marikesha ******** are THE WORST. Completely unprofessional, terrible communicators with no integrity. Key Property Management was a referral from a friend as I was moving to Arizona for a job with the intention of moving back eventually. The tenants that Key Property Management has found to lease my property have been a nightmare. In June of 2019 the first tenants moved in. I started to get phone calls and text messages from the pool company that I pay for that the breaker switches are turned off for the pool pump. The pool company sent me pictures of the turned off breaker switches. It took multiple complaints to my agent... read more

DO NOT have your property managed by Key Property Management. They will overcharge you for repairs, lose any items you entrust to them, avoid providing proof or documentation of activities, mishandle funds, and just generally run circles around you to avoid responsibility. The entire relationship with them was a nightmare. Honestly, if I were to list all of the incidents we had with KPM, this review would be ten pages long.
