Have been a customer around 10 years but recently decided I will not take my car back or recommend anyone to bring their vehicle here. The service writer "Linda" conducts herself in a rude and unprofessional manner. Linda will dismiss and rebuttal any genuine concern which is the basis of running an automotive service shop. This same service writer will yell at you in front of your kids or on the phone (happened to me) so keep that in mind. I’ve been a customer here for years, and I advise you to avoid this shop for anything beyond basic maintenance, like an oil change (even then I’d think twice). They significantly mark up the parts they sell, and when those parts fail, do not expect them to honor their warranty. I paid them for a repair, and the part they sold and installed became defective within just a few months.
