Very poor communication. Didn’t take care of what I needed done in 3 attempts. Then my car got stuck there not running for 2 days. They didn’t program my key right, then told me they couldn’t order a key. I ordered keys from the internet which caused my car to shut down. Then they told me they could have a key in 2 days. Then got charged just under $400 dollars. Still didn’t get my initial request taken care of.
My daughter is moving to the Quad Cities area and needed a car. Ivan Gomez from Key Mazda was amazing to work with and did a great job of working within her budget. Ultimately she decided on a different brand, but Ivan was so helpful and timely in his responses I felt the need to tell everyone how great a job he did regardless of the outcome. I just want to say that if you want a Mazda in that area, go see Ivan. Thank you again.
The costumer service was appalling to say the least. Our car broke down during a 3 day roadtrip that turned into a 6 day trip because of a lack of competence, communication, and priority. After having the car towed to the shop it took 4 days to even look at it to run a diagnostic check. During which it took over 3 hours to do, even after being told what the problem was. I recently Purchased a new Mazda at key. The sales person I worked with, Brian Magee, went out of his way to secure the vehicle I wanted within the timeframe that I needed it. He was also very understanding And accommodating on the day of purchase. I would definitely recommend Brian and if you’re looking for a new vehicle.
Brought vehicle in to get fixed that I just purchased for 25k. I thought the issue was covered under a bumper to bumper warranty. I was told it was not and I was charged 170 for looking at it. I didn’t sign anything, and no prior notice that I would be billed this. I paid because I didn’t think I would get my keys back.
