This place was horrible. Do not come here. They charged our refundable security deposit for things that we never had in the first place. Not only that but blew the cost out of the water. What bathtub plug costs 40 dollars! None, even the mechanical built-in ones are $10 at home depot. They charged us for things that were there when I left, such as the rods for the blinds... which worked. This is a place to rip you off and take as MUCH money as they can. I've rented homes in CA and AZ through 5 different property management companies, and Key Management is worse than all of these 5 companies combined. After a few weeks under contract with KM, it'll be easy to see that this company ONLY cares about collecting rent. The quality of the house it rents or the well-being of its tenants are both unimportant.
