It is our understanding that Michael Burns is in the process of vacating his unit. If you need to retrieve your belongings and are not a party to the apartment lease, you will need to coordinate with him to retrieve anything that you may have left in the apartment.
Employees of this company at specific branches are IMPOSSIBLE to deal with. We have had numerous problems within our apartment complex, NONE of which have been able to be resolved by apartment staff. We have had to wait for the office staff to arrive at work (late) many times. We are not the only residents who currently have issues with staff. You want to pay $92.03 a month for water and sewage. And every single month your bill will get higher. Rent from them! They love to lie to you too. They will tell you oh, there was a leak. You also were not informed of any leak. Then you contact them and they say oh well, the bill has significantly gone down from the past month. I assume you live at Country Ridge Residences. Country Ridge is on track to spend $76,642.67 (annualized) this calendar year on water and sewer expenses. With the RUBS billing method some households pay more and some pay less - it is based on the unit size and the number of household members. The cost of water and sewer in Branson is on the very high end of all properties we manage and $92.03 for a household of three is in line for that area.
Would notcreccomend this servicevto anyone. Lied to me resulting in an additional cost of 100 dollars. Could have been resolved with a simple letter. Do motbutilize this company.

I have done an extensive search of our applicant, resident and former resident database and am not able to find this complainant. If he would provide some more information such as the name of the property and when/if he lived there, applied there, etc. that would be helpful.
