I flushed my van keys down the toilet at work. I called them from home and they were very friendly and courteous. They went to my van in a different town, made two keys, and brought them to me at my home. The keys work great, they were polite, timely and I thought they did a great job.
Great service, friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help and were available when others weren't for a lost car key and changing locks on a house.
Super friendly and helpful! They made a computer chip fob for me, for exactly 1/2 of what the dealership quoted me.....and did it while I waited. So convenient!
As I was on my way to Key Man Lock I was told I had a flat tire, I was close enough I made it there. They not only made my keys one of the guys pumped up my tire for me. I was able to get to a tire store around the corner to get my tire repaired. Now that is customer service! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. Thank you so much!
I was up fishing east of Morgan. Was off the highway and got my keys locked in the trunk. I called many places that would not be able to help, or maybe be there the next day (no help at all). I called Key Man. They were very friendly, helpful and understanding. Even though I was over 35 miles from their office they helped. A technician was out promptly. He was very friendly and helpful.
