Very unprofessional and lack of transparency.
I had a very frustrating experience with this practice. Scheduling the appointment was confusing, and staff seemed unsure about availability and my request for a dyslexia assessment, despite me having a doctor’s note specifically requesting one for my child. My child is in first grade, which was known at the time of scheduling. I paid $185 for a two-hour evaluation. At the end, I was encouraged to enroll my child in weekly services.
