Great and professional employees and very knowledgeable in there inventory.
Jack key in las cruces is unreliable. Got a car from them and they took 3 1/2 months to even give me the plates for the vehicle. Still waiting on a phone call from them. MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL. Car fax wasn't correct
Bought a car from Austin Hood. Wonderful buying experience! In and out in exactly what I wanted and he made it super easy.
I recently purchased a vehicle from Austin Hood. I was greeted with sincere kindness and felt as if he treated me with respect and dignity. He was very patient and accommodating as he helped me find the perfect vehicle for my family. Greg Motley assisted us as well. He is truly an asset to your company.
Jack Key received a refund for MY cancelled warranty and kept it for themselves
I just traded in my high school car and purchased my first new car! Austin Hood made the process fast, easy, and enjoyable! Thank you! :-)
