We are very pleased with the staff at Jack Key here in Las Cruces. They gave us a great price on the Jeep and an acceptable price for the Toyota on trade. Alex and Issac went beyond expectations and we couldn't be more pleased with the Jeep Renegade. Thanks Alex and Issac for a painless experience.
My husband went in there and surprised me with a 2018 jeep Cherokee and stated how he was treated very well, the salespersonnel were very perfessioal and very helpful.

This place has the worst customer service. I make an appointment to bring my jeep in to have something done, go sit in the waiting area only to be told a few hours later they cannot get to my vehicle today, though I made an appointment... if this were an isolate incident that would be ok, it however is not, this has happened on at least 3 separate occasions. Then when I make a complaint regarding this issue, it is met with an attitudes not caring.

Jack Key Service damaged the touch screen in my car and are refusing to make it right. I have photographs from when the car was dropped off for service and from when it was picked up.
