Call was answered promptly during evening hours (tried some other places that were closer to our home/advertised 24hrs, and those businesses did not pick up). Even during high demand/hottest days of summer, Technician Allen came out next day around lunchtime. Thorough and knowledgeable inspection - provided photos of all potential issues discovered.
