I called for service and they were able to send a Technician the same day. The Technician's name was Allen, and he provided excellent customer service,, he was professional, friendly, courteous, respectful and polite, and explained the process of checking my AC unit from beginning to end. Allen has proven to be trustworthy and honest to which I am grateful and will use this business, only, for future service as needed. I highly recommend this company to all in need of HVAC service.

I recently used Key Heating and Air for a heating issue. had scheduled an appointment for maintenance but an issue came up before that appointment. A gentlemen named Gabe came out and fixed the problem in no time. He was so nice and respectful, just an all around good guy. Came back the next day to bring a part that he didn’t have with him that day without me having to having to be here. I used Key a while back when I got the new heat pump unit. Even then I was impressed on their professionalism. Keep up the good work!
