Brad at Key Flooring was very professional, personable, and responsive. He had a great selection at his showroom and even brought us samples (based on what I had told him I liked over the phone) up to the house to see when he came over to provide an estimate. I found Brad at Key Flooring of Chattanooga to be very professional and efficient. Their showroom had a sizeable number of samples to see, but they also have access to a lot of other products that are not on display. Brad was very knowledgeable and helpful in navigating all of this. We went with a Karndean Select Loc product. Key flooring was amazing. They came moved heavy furniture. Ripped up annd disposed of the old carpet. Installed the new carpet, which looks beautiful. Two guys came and did 3 rooms without any incident. They were polite and a pleasure to work with. Key flooring, from ordering carpet to installation was amazing! I would highly recommend!
