Brad at Key Flooring was very professional, personable, and responsive. He had a great selection at his showroom and even brought us samples (based on what I had told him I liked over the phone) up to the house to see when he came over to provide an estimate. His estimate was fair and his installation date was on schedule. I found Brad at Key Flooring of Chattanooga to be very professional and efficient. Their showroom had a sizeable number of samples to see, but they also have access to a lot of other products that are not on display. Brad was very knowledgeable and helpful in navigating all of this. We went with a Karndean Select Loc product. The installation took a whole day and part of a second day to lay 700 square feet in three different rooms. The installation was done within the time I needed it done for company coming. Brad Potter, the owner of Key Flooring, was so easy to work with. It was the first flooring store I walked in, and I decided right away I wanted to get carpet there for my stairs, large den, and two bedrooms. Brad had good suggestions about the padding that was best to use since it would be laid on concrete in the basement.
