Brad Potter, the owner of Key Flooring, was so easy to work with. It was the first flooring store I walked in, and I decided right away I wanted to get carpet there for my stairs, large den, and two bedrooms. Brad had good suggestions about the padding that was best to use since it would be laid on concrete in the basement. I don't usually leave reviews. However, after shopping in Dalton and other area flooring centers, we recently made the cost effective decision to purchase approximately 2,600 sq. ft. of EcoDense flooring from Key Flooring of Chattanooga. The owner, Brad Potter, was so professional, accommodating, and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with him. Everything went so smoothly. The installation team was excellent - they were experienced, fast, and efficient. I highly recommend this company.

The customer service here can't be beat. Brad came out to the condo and measured the space for carpet. He brought with him carpet samples that we had discussed about over the phone. I did not have to travel across town to the showroom, although I stopped by later to say thanks! The showroom is nice and provides an opportunity to see multiple samples of products if your project allows for the extra time. We purchased the premium pad for underneath our carpet.
