Major improvement would be shop cleanliness and organization. That place is dated and cluttered. Accident waiting to happen. Not just a person, but someone's vehicle. Go to any other shop in that area and you'll see what I mean. Clean and painted.

Expedition review I took my 2003 Ford Expedition to Key Discount in Oldsmar on 11/06/2019 to estimate a coolant leak that was visible at the thermostat. I also asked for an estimate for the front end noises which I had previously estimated at a local Ford dealership. After a few hours they called and asked me to look over the estimate which they emailed. Total was $2,693.13. My grateful thanks to John and everyone there for helping us out yesterday. Screw in tire, it's hot, three kids in tow with various places to be on time, feeling helpless and I look up and see your sign like it's, well, a sign! 🙏 I pull up expecting a wait, but was promptly greeted. The tire was plugged within 15 minutes, there was a minor and very reasonable fee, and I was on my way safely. I truly appreciate the service you performed and the kindness shown toward me and my family.
