Taking basic life support training at Key CPR was truly an insightful and rewarding experience. The in-person skills training matched my expectations, being similar to the online training from Red Cross. We reviewed videos from the online course, and Brenden, our instructor, perfectly demonstrated the necessary techniques for various scenarios. I had class on July 27th have yet to receive my cpr certification. I have called and emailed key cpr several times and no response. Not sure what's going on but Sean Betts who was my instructor did seem a little to young and now I'm thinking he doesn't know what he is doing because where is my certificate?
This course was necessary for me to take for school and work and I enjoyed it very much. Very easy to follow through with the online work and instructors teachings in class. I highly recommend anyone to take this course, regardless if you need it Brenden was a great instructor and I learned a lot about CPR and medical devices used to help save lives!
