Forget bringing your car to Key Collision anywhere. They are incredibly incompetent. There is no pride in their work and no attention to detail. I brought my brand new car to the one in Rochester after Geico basically strong armed me to do so. This is the second car and second set of issues. They have the AUDACITY to call me wednesday to tell me my car is done. I was unable to make it during business hours. Had to bring back my car 3 times finally brought it to the Ford dealer. The front end was missing bolts and screws .I think there was a sound shield on my transmission that was removed that was not put back my 2018 ford escape is not the same i would never bring my car here again cost me alot of time off of work and for nothing offered for my troubles progressive needs to stop backing these people
Apparently these guys don't really care about your business if it is too much of a challenge for them. I have been waiting for over a month now. I have reached out several times and they fail to work on this for me. I think they have enough business that they don't really care about a job that might be a challenge to quote. They were courteous the three times I called and the receptionist is great but the quoting guy just doesn't care enough to call or return an email.
